About Masayo Sasaki

In the UK, Masayo taught Japanese at GCSE, AS, and A Level at Hereford Cathedral School for ten years. During this time, she was also appointed Principal Examiner for the OCR Japanese Language Examination, demonstrating her expertise in curriculum development and assessment.

​

In 2013, Masayo joined Honda Swindon as a simultaneous translator, providing high-level language support in both Japanese and English. In addition, she taught English and Japanese to Honda employees, helping to bridge communication across cultures and foster professional development.

​

In 2018, Masayo retired from corporate work to found Hana House, bringing her extensive experience and bilingual expertise to a new venture.

​

Masayo has long been recognized for her language skills and professionalism. She has worked as a specialist interpreter for courts, police, healthcare services, and the military, ensuring accurate and culturally sensitive communication in high-stakes environments.

​

More recently, Masayo has expanded her expertise to business consultation, advising organisations on cross-cultural communication, international collaboration, and language exchange.
